Our story in clothing manufacturing began in China in 2013.
The family behind COUPE COUPE entered garment manufacturing in 2013, initially producing for established international brands.
Over the years, that experience grew across fabric sourcing, pattern making, sampling, printing, embroidery, garment finishing and bulk production.
Later, while studying in France, Tomo met independent designers and emerging brands with strong ideas but familiar manufacturing challenges — high MOQs, difficult sourcing, complicated sampling and communication barriers.
COUPE COUPE grew from that gap. Built on an existing manufacturing foundation, the goal was simple: make professional clothing development and production easier for a new generation of brands to access and understand.
Today, our R&D and production teams support projects from an early sketch or reference through fabric development, sampling, branding, quality control and bulk manufacturing.

Tomo grew up around garment manufacturing after his mother entered the industry in China in 2013.
Studying in France later gave him a view of the industry from both sides — understanding how garments are developed and produced in China, while also seeing what international designers and emerging brands expect from a manufacturing partner.
Today, Tomo leads the international-facing side of COUPE COUPE, connecting clients directly with our R&D, product development and production teams in China.
